"We may be tempted to judge people or events that seem to be standing in our way, yet what appears to be a roadblock may offer us an important lesson or blessing. We never know for sure why anyone does anything. Other people have their own reasons for their actions, and often there's a meaning that we don't recognize at first glance.
If you can resist the temptation to judge or lash out with a knee-jerk response, then you'll find this valuable insight: Everything happens for a purpose, and everything serves. The entire world is our classroom, and every person is our teacher.
Usually when others seem to be against us, that isn't even their intention. They may simply be upset about something unrelated to us, or in fear or pain for a reason we don't understand--so don't take their actions personally. If they seem evil, they're simply wounded. Do your best to be kind anyway and keep your thoughts above victimization or conflict. Compassion for others is a gift we give ourselves. When the time is right, the situation will be resolved and you'll be glad that you held the higher perspective.
If things seem to be moving too slowly or not falling into place as you had planned, it won't do you any good to push harder. Pushing harder only makes things go slower. Perhaps there's something else you're meant to be doing for the moment. If you turn your attention from the obstacle and do something else that comes more easily and joyfully, you'll understand why you were impeded. Then the roadblock will clear, and you'll be able to handle your task easily and deftly."
Right ON.
