Mad

Today I awoke with muscle aches. I concluded they came from cooking. Cooking aches. I need to watch my posture while hovering over counters and stovetops. How did Julia do it??

I'm right smack dab in the middle of Season Two of Mad Men. It is SO GOOD. Heavy stuff, but good. And the people are fun to ogle:

And it totally glamorizes smoking and drinking whiskey in pretty glasses. I love it.

I spoke to my sister tonight for an hour. She is so incredible. The older we get, the more we're finding in common. Now I just have to get her to come visit. I already have the whole trip planned out. :)
