I decided to come back because I know no one is reading this. I'm tiring of Facebook. Instagram is fine, but sometimes one needs words.
I'm learning neutrality.
There's the part of me that wants to go directly into the comfy victim space, "Why is this happening? It's not fair!" Lick my wounds and stop.
But it passes, I see the bigger picture, deep breaths and a step forward.
No rushing, no cowering; just standing straight, grounded, foot out, connected to Within.
